Fall Sports Practice Schedule

All Fall High School Sports Practice Schedules will be listed on this calendar. Review to confirm when your team will be practicing each week.

Agreement Waiver & Release Form

Before a student may try out/participate in any sport, including conditioning and practices, you must submit the Agreement Waiver & Release Form to the Athletic Director.

Health Examination Form

All students athletics are required to have an updated physical on record in order to participate in any tryouts, practices or games. Please ensure your child has an updated physical on file with the school before the start of their sports season.
